The goal of our internship and co-op program is to provide each and every student a positive experience working in the energy industry. The work, networking opportunities and overall experience is intended to paint a picture of what a career with Imperial is like. You will gain firsthand experience with our work, company culture and more.

Meaningful work
No matter your discipline, all interns and co-ops are assigned real, meaningful work that has potential to directly impact our business. In addition to challenging work, interns and co-ops have the opportunity to grow their professional networks. 

Relocation
Imperial offers internship and co-op assignments at nearly all of our locations, so candidates should be open to relocating for the duration of their assignment(s). Relocation packages are available to eligible candidates. 

When to apply?
Although we have internship and co-op recruiting opportunities throughout the year, most of our recruiting is done in the Fall, beginning in September, and in the Winter, starting in January . Our recruiting teams visit campuses across Canada, seeking candidates in specific disciplines.
