Maintaining the safety and reliability of our operations is a top priority. We work with companies and landowners to ensure activities near Imperial infrastructure are safe and compliant. To request access, crossing/encroachment, or a proximity for temporary workspace or permanent structures, you will be required to have a crossing or road use agreement in place prior to any work commencing.
To request access, submit and monitor your request through our Third Party and Road Use Request Portal.
- Please allow adequate time for processing and approval
- To help avoid problems and delays review these tips for a successful request.
- Requests for CLR (clearance) and for Quebec residents will still be processed via thirdpartyrequests@esso.ca.
If you are a surface landowner, occupant, resident, trapper, third party company, municipality, developer or any additional landowner who has any other questions, please contact us at thirdpartyrequests@esso.ca.
