Located on the outskirts of Edmonton, Alberta, Imperial’s Strathcona refinery has been supplying fuels and products for more than 60 years.

Products:
Strathcona produces a wide range of petroleum products, including gasoline, aviation fuel, diesel, lubricating oils, petroleum waxes, heavy fuel oil and asphalts. The refinery is the only producer of lubricating base oil and waxes in Western Canada.

Number of employees:  450 employees

Daily capacity:  Approximately 187,000 barrels of crude oil
