Our people make an ImpACT

Strong communities require people who step up. At work they may be engineers, accountants or working on the oilfields, but when they go home, they’re coaching local sports teams, volunteering at schools, community associations, non-profits, and hundreds of other causes.

Our ImpACT program empowers our employees to be those people who work behind the scenes to help communities thrive. We provide matching company funds for employee volunteer hours ($25/hour) and charitable cash donations (1:1) to a combined maximum of $500 per employee, per year - extending our employees’ impact on the communities and causes close to their hearts.

To provide additional support during the COVID-19 pandemic, Imperial doubled the company match (to 2:1) for employee giving in 2020.
