A ‘drive’ to give back

For the third year in a row, Imperial’s business partners and its employees gathered at the Earl Grey golf course to enjoy great golf, each other’s company, and most importantly raise money for a great cause as part of the Imperial United Way Classic.

Over 160  golfers participated in this years’ tournament, which raised more than $500,000, with proceeds donated to the United Way of Calgary and Area. Cumulatively, the tournament has raised $1.1 million since its inception in 2022.

The United Way of Calgary and Area is an incredibly important institution in the City. They support numerous social agencies, and bring together governments, agencies and experts to help address the root cause of major issues impacting our City and the people who call it home.
