How it works
Payment is applied using pre-authorized debit (PAD) and you will need to sign a PAD agreement. You can even choose from customer-released pre-authorized debit or automatic pre-authorized debit. At invoicing time, you will receive an e-mail letting you know your invoices and transactions are ready for viewing at the secure, Esso biller-direct web site. Then, simply access your invoice(s) and transactions any time prior to your due date. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Convenience and Savings

  • You are notified by e-mail the exact day that your invoice is produced – no waiting for invoices to arrive in the mail.
  • You are able to download transactions to your own spreadsheet, making it easier to analyze and sort transactions based on your own criteria. Knowing specific information about your company’s spending will help you to make better business decisions.
  • The pre-authorized debit feature eliminates late or lost invoices and the cost of cheques and postage. It also eliminates the handling of paper invoices, reports and cheques.

Security and Control
With Esso e-Invoice Manager, you set the user security access, which means that you decide who can view, endorse and approve your company’s invoices. What’s more, you can control access if you have multiple Esso accounts. The secure, Esso biller-direct web site is also password-protected and has state-of-the-art security features.
